ACAPULCO

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ½ oz rum
  • ½ oz lime juice 
  • ½ oz Orange & Rosemary Syrup 
  • ½ oz Cointreau Liqueur 

PREPARATION

Chill an old fashioned type glass. Combine the ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice for a few seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Filter into the glass for service, add ice as needed and garnish with a mint leaf.
