AFTER FIVE

INGREDIENTS 

  • 6 mint leaves
  • ¾ oz Cocoa & Beet syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • Approximately 2 oz of apple Crémant

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Lightly squeeze mint with a muddler or spoon. Fill with ice. Stir vigorously. Strain the contents directly into a cup filled with ice. Then fill the glass with apple Crémant. Garnish with a small sprig of mint.
