AMERMELADE SUR AU SUREAU

• 2 oz Amermelade from Iberville Spirits
• 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 3-4 oz elderberry syrup from Les Charlatans
• 6 drops Bitter Kebek with flowers from Distillerie de la Chaufferie (optional)
• 1 egg white
• Lemon slice
• Ice


PRÉPARATION

• Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice.
• Add ice and shake for about 15 seconds.
• In a champagne glass, place an ice cube and turn it to cool the glass. Remove the ice.
• Pour the mixture through a strainer.
• Place a thin slice of lemon.
