INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ oz Pisco
  • ¾ oz Chartreuse
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz Chile & Tonka syrup
  • 1 eg white
  • 3 drops of lavender bitter
PREPARATION

In a shaker, mix everything without the ice then mix again with the ice. Filter and garnish with lemon zest.
