Argousier/Seabuckthorn
COCKTAIL ARGOUSIER
1 Serving :
•1.5 oz Conifère de Wabasso gin*
•3/4 oz Les Charlatans Sea Buckthorn Syrup
•3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
•Sparkling water
•Fresh thyme sprigs
•Ice
*The boreal notes add a nice complexity to the mix of flavours.
Preparation :
•Pour all ingredients into a shaker (including a sprig of thyme) except for the sparkling water.
•Shake for about 15 seconds with ice.
•Pour into a balloon glass and strain through a sieve.
•Add sparkling water to desired strength and ice.
•Garnish with a slice of lime & a sprig of thyme.
