COCKTAIL TONIQUE CONCOMBRE & ESTRAGON

1 SERVING

-1 ½ oz. Sainte-Marie rum
-1/2 oz crème de menthe
-3/4 oz Les Charlatans cucumber and tarragon tonic syrup
-2 teaspoons maple sugar
-10-15 fresh mint leaves
-4 lime slices
-Sparkling water
-Fresh mint sprigs
-Ice

PREPARATION


-Crush the mint, lime, maple sugar and cucumber-tarragon tonic syrup in the bottom of a highball glass with a pestle.
-Add 2-3 ice cubes.
-Pour in rum and crème de menthe, then add sparkling water to desired strength. Stir to combine.
-Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
