COCKTAIL TONIQUE CONCOMBRE & ESTRAGON

1 Serving

•1 ½ oz. Sainte-Marie rum
•1/2 oz crème de menthe
•3/4 oz Les Charlatans cucumber and tarragon tonic syrup
•2 teaspoons maple sugar
•10-15 fresh mint leaves
•4 lime slices
•Sparkling water
•Fresh mint sprigs
•Ice

Preparation :

•Crush the mint, lime, maple sugar and cucumber-tarragon tonic syrup in the bottom of a highball glass with a pestle.
•Add 2-3 ice cubes.
•Pour in rum and crème de menthe, then add sparkling water to desired strength. Stir to combine.
•Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
