- 2 oz Cucumber & Tarragon tonic
- 3 slices of cucumber (preferably organic)
- 2 basil leaves
- 1 sprig of tarragon
- Sparkling water
Mash cucumber and herbs in a lowball glass. Add ice, tonic and fill with sparkling water. Garnish with 1 cucumber slice, a sprig of tarragon and a small bunch of basil leaves.
