FRENCH 375

INGREDIENTS 

  • ½ oz lime juice 
  • ½ oz Ginger Syrup 
  • 4 to 6 oz brut cider 
  • One sprig of thyme 

PREPARATION

In a shaker, lightly press the thyme with a muddler or spoon. Add the lime juice, ice and ginger syrup. Strain the contents through a sieve and pour directly into a flute. Finish filling the flute with the Brut cider. Garnish with a small sprig of thyme and a lime slice.
