INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz homemade pear purée  (simply mash a pear with a little water)
  • 1 ½ oz Orange & Rosemary Syrup 
  • 8 à 10 oz Brut du Minot cider 

PREPARATION

Fill a Collins type glass with ice, add all of the ingredients and combine with the help of a spoon. Garnish with a pear slice and a sprig of rosemary.
