LA NECTARINE NORDIQUE PIMENTÉE

1 PORTION
- 1 ½ oz Northern Rum from Mitis Distillery
- ½ oz chile & tonka syrup
- 1 nectarine
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Ice

PREPARATION:
- Place the nectarine in pieces in the shaker and mash well with a cocktail masher.
- Add rum, syrup, and lemon juice.
- Shake for about 15 seconds with ice.
- Pour into the glass of your choice, straining through a sieve. Use a spoon to squeeze and drain the puree.
- Add ice.
- Add sparkling water.
-Garnish with nectarine slices.
