LE BON, LE FORT ET LE PIQUANT

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 ¼ oz rye whiskey
  • ¾ oz Apérol
  • ¼ oz Chile & Tonka syrup
  • 1 tea spoon of Chartreuse
  • 1 dash citrus bitter

PREPARATION

In a shaker, mix with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
