- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz Sea Buckthorn syrup
- 1 oz of white tequila
- 2 to 4 oz of Le Clos du Minot cider
In a shaker, put all the ingredients and shake vigorously. Then strain the contents (the term used in bartending is: double strain) and pour directly into a cup. Fill the rest of the cup with Le Clos cider and garnish with a thin slice of floating lime.
