LEMON SOUR GIN WITH BASIL AND ROSE HIP

1 serving :

•2 oz Wabasso Florida Gin
•¾ oz Rosehip syrup by Les Charlatans
•½ oz Limoncello
•1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
•5-8 fresh basil leaves
•1 egg white
•Lemon slice
•Ice

Preparation :

•Pour the rosehip syrup and 5 basil leaves into a shaker. Crush the herbs with a pestle.
•Add alcohol, lemon juice, egg white and salt and shake vigorously to foam the egg.
•Add ice and shake for about 15 seconds.
•Fill the glass with ice.
•Strain and pour the mixture into a highball glass.
•Garnish with a lemon slice and basil leaves.
