Mexican mule with jalapeño

-2 oz Comont agave spirit
-1 oz Les Charlatans ginger syrup
-A few slices of jalapeño
-Thin slices of lime
-2 oz. lime juice
-Sparkling water

Instructions for preparation

-Macerate about 4 jalapeño slices in the agave spirit in the refrigerator 2 hours before serving (for a spicier result) and strain when ready.
-Pour the agave spirit, ginger syrup and lime juice into the shaker.
-Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
-Strain and pour the mixture into a glass.
-Fill with sparkling water to desired strength.
-Add ice.
-Garnish with thin slices of lime and jalapeño slices.
