Gingembre/Ginger
MEXICAN MULE WITH JALAPEÑO
INGRÉDIENTS
•2 oz Comont agave spirit
•1 oz Les Charlatans ginger syrup
•A few slices of jalapeño
•Thin slices of lime
•2 oz. lime juice
•Sparkling water
•Ice
PRÉPARATION
•Macerate about 4 jalapeño slices in the agave spirit in the refrigerator 2 hours before serving (for a spicier result) and strain when ready.
•Pour the agave spirit, ginger syrup and lime juice into the shaker.
•Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
•Strain and pour the mixture into a glass.
•Fill with sparkling water to desired strength.
•Add ice.
•Garnish with thin slices of lime and jalapeño slices.
