- 1 ½ oz Piger Henricus gin
- 1 oz Cucumber & Tarragon tonic
- 3 slices of parsnip
- 3 slices of cucumber
In a highball glass, mash cucumber, parsnip and tonic, fill glass with ice cubes to three quarters, top with sparkling mineral water. Garnish with a stalk of tarragon and 2 straws.
