Concombre/Cucumber
TONIC DE LUXE
•1 ½ oz Piger Henricus gin
•1 oz Cucumber & Tarragon tonic
•3 slices of parsnip
•3 slices of cucumber
Preparation :
In a highball glass, mash cucumber, parsnip and tonic, fill glass with ice cubes to three quarters, top with sparkling mineral water. Garnish with a stalk of tarragon and 2 straws.
