SALTY GRANOLA FOR THE APERITIF
INGRÉDIENTS
• 1 cup pumpkin/squash seeds
• ½ cup sunflower seed
• 2 ½ tbs Worcester sauce
• 2 tbs of sunflower oil
PRÉPARATION
• Preheat oven to 405°F (205°C)
• Mix all ingredients and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
•Bake for 7 to 8 minutes
•Remove from oven
•Let cool
•Put in your dish
•Ready for the aperitif !
