API GINGER

INGREDIENTS 

  • ½ oz Ginger syrup
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz raw apple juice
  • Carbonated mineral water

PREPARATION

Blend together then mix with ice, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a slice of lemon and ginger.

*For an alcoholic version, replace water with 1 ½ oz. bourbon.
