BRUT DE GINGEMBRE

INGREDIENTS 

  • ½ oz Ginger Syrup
  • 2 oz raw apple juice from Québec
  • Juice of ½ lemon

PREPARATION

Pour over ice in a lowball glass, top with sparkling mineral water.

Garnish with a slice of ginger and a slice of lemon.

*For an alcoholic version, add 1 ½ oz of Wild Turkey bourbon.
