BRUT DE TONKA

INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 ½ oz Chile & Tonka syrup
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 oz raw apple juice from Quebec

PREPARATION

Pour over ice in a lowball glass and fill with your Aquaovo sparkling water.

Garnish with 1 small bird's eye pepper on a spike, 1 slice of Cortland apple.
