ROUGE LIME

INGREDIENTS 

  • ½ oz Lime & Pepper syrup
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • 1 cup of frozen Quebec berries

PREPARATION

Place all ingredients in a shaker without adding ice and shake well. Pour into a chilled highball glass. Dilute with sparkling mineral water. Garnish with 1 bunch of mint, 2 straws.

*For an alcoholic version, add 1 ½ oz of vodka.
