SIROTHÉ

INGREDIENTS 

  • ½ oz Orange & Rosemary syrup
  • 1 oz Cold spiked oolong tea
  • 1 oz Québec cranberry juice
  • Juice ½ lemon

PREPARATION

Pour over ice in a large wine glass, top with sparkling mineral water. Garnish with dried cranberries and one sprig of rosemary.

*For an alcoholic version, add 1 ½ oz of Piger Henricus gin.
