INGREDIENTS
- 8 to 10 oz of Clamato or Walter's
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestervegan sauce
- 1 teaspoon of olive brine
- ¼ oz of lemon juice
- Steak or tagine spices
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- Choice of garnish: a lemon wedge, olives, celery and / or olives for garnish
PREPARATION
•In a Highball glass, make a steak or tagine spice rim
•Fill it with ice
Pour in this order:
•8 to 10 oz of clamato or Walter's
•1 teaspoon of Worcestervegan sauce
•1 teaspoon of olive brine
•¼ oz of lemon juice
•1 pinch of salt and pepper
•Garnish with your choice of an olive skewer and a lemon wedge, celery and / or pickles
