Chile & Tonka syrup is a subtle blend of Chile Arbol (Mexican pepper) and tonka beans (fruit in Brazilian teak).

The aromas that stand out are reminiscent of vanilla, currants, almonds and caramel.

It's perfect for creating tropical-style cocktails, such as tiki cocktails, or any other cocktail that needs a touch of sweet and spice at the same time.

Note: excellent with coconut!

Of course, you can spoil yourself and use this syrup on ice cream, with sparkling water, in the kitchen or for baking (delicious in a dark chocolate mousse!).
