GIN TONIC

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz of gin

  • 1/4 oz tonic

  • Sparkling water

PREPARATION

Mix the ingredients, topping up with sparkling water and ice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz of Cucumber & Tarragon tonic

  • 3 slices of organic cucumber preferably

  • 2 basil leaves

  • 1 branch of tarragon

  • Sparkling water

PREPARATION

Mash the cucumber and herbs in a lowball type glass. Add ice, tonic and fill with sparkling water. Garnish with a cucumber slice, a sprig of tarragon and a small bunch of basil leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 of Cucumber & Tarragon tonic

  • 2-3 dashes of bitter Angostura

  • 8-10 oz of Mystique

PREPARATION

Fill a small Mason jar with ice. Pour in the cucumber & tarragon tonic, the Angostura and fill the cup with Mystique cider. Mix everything, add 2 thin slices of cucumbers and serve!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz Les Subversifs Gin Piger Henricus

  • 1 oz Cucumber & Tarragon tonic syrup

  • 3 slices of parsnip

  • 3 slices of cucumber

  • 2 to 4 oz of sparkling water

PREPARATION

In a Highball-type glass, add the gin, tonic and vegetables, then mash lightly to mix the flavors well, fill the glass three-quarters with ice cubes then extend with sparkling mineral water.

Garnish with a sprig of tarragon. Health!

 

LE ROUGE-TONIC by Pop Cerise

  • 1 1/2 oz of Rouge Gorge vermouth from Domaine Lafrance

  • 3/4 oz cucumber and tarragon tonic syrup

  • sparkling water

  • cucumber slices

Put the alcohol and tonic in an already cold old fashion glass. Add ice and cucumber slices. Finish with sparkling water. Mix well with a spoon.
