Sea buckthorn is an orchard shrub native to parts of Asia and Europe and is now found everywhere in Quebec because it has the particularity of tolerating large temperature differences.

Cultivated for its fruits, small orange berries, it is found in juice, jelly, liqueur, jam, ice cream or in sauce to accompany fish.

The Charlatans sea buckthorn syrup reveals the acidity of the fruit and goes well with gin, white rum or vodka cocktails.

Of course, you can spoil yourself and use this syrup on ice cream, sparkling water, cooking or baking.

Format: 8oz/235ml (up to 16 cocktails)
