Grapefuit Shrubs are made by macerating fruit or spices in vinegar; they are much less sweet than a syrup. Like a syrup, they are used in the making of cocktails and mocktails as well as vinaigrettes, ceviches and gazpachos but let your imagination be your limit.  

For the grapefruit shrub, we use organic white wine vinegar from la maison Orphee, organic grapefruit and organic cane sugar.
