Apple Cardamom Shrubs are made by macerating fruit or spices in vinegar; they are much less sweet than a syrup. Like a syrup, they are used in the making of cocktails and mocktails as well as vinaigrettes, ceviches and gazpachos but let your imagination be your limit.  

For the apple\cardamom shrub, we use organic apple cider vinegar from la maison Orphee, organic Quebec grown apples and organic cane sugar.
